Home delivery is free in all European Union countries. For shipments outside the EU, the cost is 25 euros, and applicable taxes and duties depend on the regulations of the destination country.

For jewelry purchases shipped internationally, we recommend using our international online boutique, where prices are VAT-exempt. Upon arrival at customs, the buyer must pay the applicable taxes and duties according to local regulations.

We will send you two emails: the first notifying you of the purchase confirmation, and the second when it leaves our warehouses, providing the tracking number of the shipping company responsible.

In-store pickup is free . We'll send you an email notifying you when the product arrives at your chosen store. It can remain in the store for a maximum of 14 days.

For collection, the cardholder or an authorized person may go to one of our available boutiques, presenting their ID and the purchase confirmation email.

What is the delivery time for an order?

Shipping times may vary depending on your address, item availability, customization, and size selection:

  • Non-personalized jewelry. 5 to 7 days.
  • Wedding rings. 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Jewelry engraving. 3 to 4 weeks.
  • Rings with a size other than 13. From 4 to 16 weeks.

Can the order be sent to someone else?

The order can be sent as a gift to another person by indicating this during the purchase process.

Returns

What is the deadline for making a return?

If you wish to return a product, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive it. Please note that returns are only allowed for products purchased in our online store .

Log in to your customer area, go to My Orders, and select the item you wish to return.

Prepare the package using the original packaging or any other box, print the DHL label, and affix it to the outside of the package. A carrier will pick up the package within 24-48 hours.

Once we receive the order, we will process the refund using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

Prepare the package using the original packaging or any other box, print the DHL label, and affix it to the outside of the package. A carrier will pick up the package within 48-72 hours.

Once we receive the order, we will process the refund using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

Returns will not be accepted if the jewelry has already been altered: adjustments to a size other than 13 and/or engraving. Please remember that the jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, well protected.

How to prepare the return package?

Place the jewelry you wish to return in a box and make sure to close it properly.

You must print the DHL label provided by our Customer Service team.

What are the costs of a return?

All returns are free of charge.

How long does it take for the refund to arrive?

Once we receive your return and verify that everything is correct, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 15 days, depending on the bank.

Can a change be requested?

If you don't like a piece of jewelry and want to exchange it for another, you'll have to return it and place a new order for the piece you like.

If a piece of jewelry doesn't fit your size, it can be altered for a quote or under warranty if it's your first fitting.

Once an order is completed, it cannot be cancelled. You can return it once you receive it.

How do I check the status of an order?

If you placed the order from your account, you can view the status from “Orders” or from this link.

If you placed your order as a guest, you can view the status from this link.

You'll also receive an email from the shipping company with the shipping code, which you can access on their website. This email usually arrives within 24 business hours of purchase.

Order cancellation by Suarez

During periods of high demand, your order may be canceled due to out-of-stock conditions. In this case, you will be refunded as soon as possible.

How does financing work with Sequra?

This involves paying monthly installments with no interest (0% APR). To finance your loan, you'll need your ID, mobile phone number, and a credit card to make the purchase.

Sequra gives you the ability to:

  • Pay in installments over 3, 6, 12, or 18 months at no additional cost.
  • Pay only the first installment when placing the order
  • Advance payment in full or in part whenever you want.

How does financing work with Klarna?

Pay in 3 interest-free installments (0% APR). To obtain financing, you'll need your ID, mobile phone number, and a credit card to make the purchase.

Klarna gives you the ability to:

  • Automatically split the payment into 3 installments.
  • Pay only the first installment when placing your order; the next two installments will be charged automatically every 30 days.
If the purchase amount is greater than €1,000, is it necessary to send any documentation?

Upon completion of your purchase, we will send you an email informing you that, in order to process your order, you must send a color copy of your ID card on both sides due to the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

If you are a Spanish citizen, remember that the only valid document for this purpose is a National Identity Document (DNI); a passport cannot be accepted.

In-store financing and El Corte Inglés card

In the store, you can choose from different financing options to best suit your needs:

- Sequra: Offers direct financing through the store, allowing you to pay in installments. (See Sequra section).

- ECI Card: Allows you to finance your purchases interest-free.

Please note that these options cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts and promotions. This means you'll need to choose just one benefit: the convenience of financing or the immediate discount.

Can I get an invoice in my company's name?

If the order exceeds €1,000, you will need to provide the following additional documentation:

  • Deeds of incorporation, modification, etc., which reliably state the name, legal form, address and corporate purpose.
  • Tax identification card or NIF.
  • Accreditation of the powers of the persons acting on your behalf, exclusively through a public deed.
  • Identification documents of the representatives.
  • Identification of the beneficial owner and a copy of his/her identification document.
