11. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
The relationship between SUAREZ and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be expressly submitted to the jurisdiction and competence of the Spanish Courts and Tribunals in accordance with the terms established in article 52.3 of the Civil Procedure Law, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
