How to care for your jewelry

Keep your jewelry looking its best for longer by following these tips: Check the settings of your jewelry before putting it on. If you notice that a gemstone is loose, don't hesitate to visit one of our boutiques for repair.

It's not recommended to wear jewelry while swimming in a pool or the sea. Contact with chlorine and salt water can discolor and dull it. Avoid exposing it to perfumes, creams, cosmetics, cleaning products, and other chemicals.

It is recommended to store jewelry in its original box, without mixing it with other pieces to prevent scratching. Please feel free to bring your jewelry to any of our boutiques if you notice any damage or wear.

Cleaning jewelry with precious stones

Soak the jewelry in a mixture of warm water and mild detergent for 15-30 minutes. When you remove it, gently clean the settings from the back with a soft-bristled brush to remove any residue. Finally, dry it and polish it with a chamois cloth.

Cleaning pearl jewelry

Store your pearls separately from other jewelry, in silk, cotton, or velvet cases, and in dry places. Do not use airtight containers or plastic bags.

The silk thread of the pearl necklaces is delicate; if you notice that it is damaged, please visit one of our boutiques to have it replaced.

Avoid contact between the pearls and detergents or perfumes, and keep them away from heat, extreme cold, or X-rays. To clean them, use a damp cotton cloth and avoid using any industrial chemicals.
